Wheat is a grain plant that is an important source of energy in our diet, from bread to biscuits, from pasta to bulgur, and is a source of vitamin B.

Bread/soft wheat is produced in low and average yields under natural rainfall without irrigation, depending on the climate, in Antalya conditions, as in the whole country, and in high yields with irrigation.

In our Antalya region, durum wheat is grown in the coastal areas where the winter is mild (Manavgat-Serik) and in the plateau part (Korkuteli-Elmalı) where the continental climate prevails from the end of May until the end of the rain in mid-June.

World wheat production, which was 776 million tons in the 2020/21 marketing year, reached 781 million tons with an increase in production in 21/22.

In the light of all this information, we contribute to the country's agriculture by planting our bread wheat, which we produce on an area of 520 decares in our Süral Green garden, between November and December and making our living at the end of May. We grow our wheat professionally using certified seeds and our agricultural tools and equipment and offer it to the country market.

After our wheat cultivation, we continue to produce silage corn by preparing the soil.

While corn, which originates from Mexico and Central America, ranks 3rd in the world after wheat and wheat in terms of cultivation area, it ranks first in terms of production amount. Our country ranks 3rd after wheat and barley with a cultivation area of 550 thousand hectares and a production amount of 2,300,000 tons. is taking.

The crude oil in its grain is the nutrient with the highest fat value after oats. The best measure to determine the most appropriate harvest time is the plant level. 65-70% moisture and 30-35% dry matter are considered ideal.
