Fresh Pomegranate
Our Süral Green gardens were established in the Manavgat District of Antalya, the heart of agriculture, one of the hottest and sunniest regions of our country, and pomegranates are grown in an area of 424 decares.
The pomegranate variety found in our garden where we produce is Hicaz pomegranate. This variety is one of the most known and produced pomegranate varieties in our country. It is common in the Mediterranean region. This variety attracts attention with its dark red color, coarse grains and high antioxidant content. The flavor of Hijaz pomegranate is balanced between sweet and sour and is preferred both for consumption and as a processed product.
We produce pomegranates on a total of 424 decares in different gardens within the borders of Antalya. The harvest of our products is completed in September-October, they are stored in our warehouses and our sales continue in November-December-January-February. On average, 1000 tons of pomegranates are harvested every year and our products are sent to the domestic and foreign markets.
After harvest, our trees are cared for and the product quality is always kept at the highest level for the new season. Technological systems are used in irrigation and fertilization in our gardens.
Biological control is carried out in production, and we have adapted our health-friendly struggle against Crytolaemus montrouzeri (hunter insect) and Leptomastix dactylopii (hunter bee) to our production approach for the last 23 years.
As a company, our target market is the domestic market (chain markets) and export markets.
The perfect conditions and climatic conditions provided by the Mediterranean climate enable our pomegranates to have a unique taste and aroma. The interest in our pomegranate in the domestic market is increasing day by day and it is one of the first fruits preferred by our consumers in line with their healthy lifestyle choices. This high demand shows the quality and reliability of our product.
We continue the success we have achieved in the domestic market in the export field. Our pomegranate has a great potential in the world market as it is produced in accordance with international standards and meticulously packaged in our processing facility. We currently have a significant market share in the Middle East and Far East, especially in European countries. We attach great importance to quality control processes in the export of our pomegranate. We produce and package at the highest hygiene standards in our facility with international certifications. As an international certification process, quality control measures are taken from production to harvest, and GLOBAL GAP, GRASP, Good Agricultural Practices and Organic Agriculture certificates are obtained, and we want you, our customers, to have access to natural products and live a healthy life.
