Fresh Banana
Our Süral Green greenhouses were established in Çakış Locality in Manavgat District of Antalya, the heart of agriculture, one of the hottest and sunniest regions of our country, and bananas are grown under greenhouses on an area of 210 decares.
Bananas have been grown in our greenhouse since 2020. There are 2 types of bananas in our greenhouse. We have Dwarf Cavendish, which we call dwarf, on 114 decares, and Alata Azman, known as Azman, on 292 decares.
We harvest an average of 1.45 million kilograms of bananas during the year. Our bananas have very large and long fingers and are of the requested quality.
Our harvests are made throughout the year and the busiest period is in September-October-November and December. Our harvests are made when the bananas are green and we immediately market them for packaging and ripening.
Quality control standards are followed throughout the growing period in our garden.
Banana cultivation is a process that requires attention and meticulousness. We grow our bananas with natural methods and sustainable agricultural practices in the perfect conditions provided by the Mediterranean climate. In this process, we constantly follow the most up-to-date agricultural techniques and scientific information to accurately meet the needs of the soil and the plant.
